The world’s largest nativity

According to the BBC, the town of Calne, Wiltshire in the UK set a new world record for the largest live nativity scene. A crowd of 1,254 people gathered on December 4, 2016. The event was organized by the Calne Town Council and the Bible Society.


Christmas Eve dinner for the homeless of Stark county Ohio

The homeless in northeast Ohio are getting a special Christmas Eve gift!  Leaders from Anchor House in Alliance, OH and “Addictions, Voices of Hope” are organizing a free event including dinner, giveaways, and personal services. County transit is providing free transportation to attendees. Giveaways include clothing for cold weather and hygiene kits.

Boston Woman with Down Syndrome has Successful Baking Business

Collette Divitto from Boston, Masachussets is the owner of the successful Collettey’s Cookies. Her positive attitude is an inspiration to her family and her customers. The young woman with Down syndrome wants to hire other individuals with disabilities as her business grows.
