Reflections

Lydia.jpgThere are many attributes that encompass the one true living God. When we think about who God is and the role He plays in our lives, it should cause us to feel humbled and in awe at just how vast His love for us goes. There is nothing that takes place in this world and in our lives without God being in complete control of it.

Each day that we face, no matter what circumstance is going on, let us always remember to place our eyes back on Christ and allow for His steadfast love and peace to keep us on steady ground. He is a God that is first and foremost filled with love and compassion for His people. His initial response to us is to act with Grace and is slow to bring about any anger or judgement.

He is a God who can be trusted and loved. He never takes a day off to stop working to bring about the best for us. He is a God that is very much involved in our lives and our role is to respond in praise and worship for all that He has done. Our God does not rest nor does He act passively when it comes to the order of this world and we can rest easy knowing that He is in full control of our lives, He does it with love and grace.
